The Uintah County Drug Court was established in 1997. It is one of the first rural drug courts in the nation. It is the second adult felony drug court in the State of Utah.

Over the years, the Uintah County Drug Court has helped hundreds of Uintah County residents combat the disease of addiction. We are now moving into a new era of treating the disease of addiction.

Addiction is a family disease, and the Uintah County Drug Court is making changes to help treat the whole family.
